		<description>Thanks, Sunny!  I will add Raving Fans to my list of books I hope to read soon.  Inside the Magic Kingdom is also a good customer service read. I also think books like Finding Your Strengths, which helps develop an individual, and Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive, which helps develop a true team, are both good and address key issues important on the road to great customer service. Just my thoughts . . . :)</description>
